Track Your Postage
Follow your FREE prepaid AusPost Express label, your device's trip to our Brisbane laboratory, and its journey back to you once the recovery is done. Enter your WDR postage reference or a tracking number.
Your WDR-P reference is in your confirmation email and text message. Tracking numbers work too: the label we sent you, or the parcel we post back.
Following your recovery
This page tracks your parcel in both directions. Once your device reaches the laboratory we open your recovery case and send your Client Portal login details to you directly, so you can follow the recovery itself, message the engineer and approve your quote.
Postage tracking questions
Where do I find my WDR postage reference?
It is in the confirmation email and text message we sent when you requested your FREE postage label, for example WDR-P7K2MX. The Track Your Postage button in that email fills it in for you.
How do I track my device coming back to me?
When your recovery is complete we post your device back and send you the return tracking number by email and text. Enter your WDR reference here and the return trip appears as "Leg 2: back to you", with live scans as the parcel moves.
What is the difference between postage tracking and recovery tracking?
This page follows your parcel: label issued, in transit, arrived at the laboratory, and later the trip back to you. The recovery work itself is tracked in your Client Portal. We send your portal login details once your case is opened.
My tracking number is not showing updates. Is something wrong?
Australia Post can take a few hours to scan a newly lodged parcel. If nothing appears after one business day, call us on 1300 806 557 and we will chase it from our end.
I have not received my postage label yet.
Labels are emailed after a quick review, usually within business hours. Check your junk folder first, then call 1300 806 557 or reply to your confirmation email and we will resend it.
